Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Allied Health or graduate RN providing patient care in an acute care setting.
• Demonstrates a compassionate, conscientious, and ethical approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily referral activity, ensuring timely response and assessment.
• Communicate effectively with families of potential organ donors.
• Evaluate and document authorization of organ and tissue donation.
