Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business- or technical-related area.
• Experience in manufacturing, oil and gas or similar industries preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Speaks with customers by phone or in person, processing inquiries, orders and expedites.
• Develop customer quotes using internal quotation system and pricing.
• Input sales orders into ERP with accurate pricing and drawings checks.
• Expedite requests and communicate with customers and reps.
• Obtain specifications and drawings and forward to Engineering as needed.
• Review & submit Engineering Change Requests as required.
• Assist in creating new parts within the ERP system.
• Monitor BOMs, lead times, and order progress.
• Maintain up-to-date information on assigned accounts.
• Assist with quotation activity & order processing for inter-company requests.
