Job summary

Hunting Energy Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Odessa, TX location. You will handle quotations, sales orders, and coordinate with multiple departments to deliver excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining product and pricing knowledge, following approved pricing policies, and ensuring timely communication about orders. This on-site role supports warehouse operations and strives for total customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better.
• Experience with MRP systems.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, write sales orders, and relay order information.
• Maintain knowledge of Hunting Energy Services products and pricing.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and service customers.
• Attend bi-weekly production meetings and update order status.
• Manage order fulfillment and inventory in D365.
• Provide around-the-clock customer service as needed.
• Ensure total customer satisfaction in interactions with customers.
