Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing operation, end to end from demand to shipment.

You will co-own the outcome with an SAP solution lead and drive priority decisions, change management, and data-driven fixes across plants and distribution centers. Based in the US or Canada with remote work capability, you will report to the IS Manager and collaborate with a business sponsor in Installation Products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment, or operations.
• 3+ years accountable for an operational result such as on-time in-full, fill rate, promise accuracy or inventory.
• Able to follow an order from demand to shipment across plants and distribution centers.
• Experience using SAP hands-on in order fulfillment; SAP design/configuration not required.
• Experience building data tools, dashboards, automations or AI workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing business end to end.
• Co-own the outcome with an SAP solution lead as equals.
• Set priorities for fixes, changes, and business rules that impact performance.
• Manage change across plants, distribution centers and system teams.
• Run short experiments (1–2 months) and keep what moves the number.
• Report results honestly to business leaders, including what is not working.
