Job summary

Synectics Inc. in Kansas is seeking a Customer Service Support 1 - Customer Enabling to assist with order intake, confirmation, processing and fulfillment, and to help create a seamless customer experience.

You will support routine order management activities, communicate status updates, and work with other teams to resolve simple issues; shift is Monday–Friday with typical 8-hour days. This role emphasizes accuracy and collaboration to ensure efficient order flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support routine order management activities (order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment).
• Assist in achieving streamlined internal processes for a seamless customer experience.
• Identify potential obstacles in order management and coordinate corrective actions with other teams.
• Update internal stakeholders on order status and issues.
• Generate order-related documents according to established processes.
• Resolve simple administrative issues following defined procedures.
• Assist in confirming credit, contracts, pricing, stock allocation, and transportation availability for orders.
• Follow standard procedures for order status, invoices, and contract balances.
