Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a Customer Service Support 1 - Customer Enabling in Wichita, KS. The role focuses on assisting in the order management lifecycle—from intake and confirmation to processing and fulfillment—to promote a smooth customer experience.

You will help identify obstacles, update stakeholders, generate order documents, and handle routine and some moderately complex clerical or customer support tasks under supervision. This is a full-time onsite position.

Responsibilities

• Support routine order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment to promote a streamlined customer experience.
• Identify potential obstacles in the order management process and coordinate corrective actions with other functions and customer-facing representatives.
• Update internal stakeholders on order status and issues.
• Assist in generating order-related documents per established processes.
• Resolve simple administrative or clerical issues following defined procedures.
• Confirm credit, contract, pricing, stock allocation, and transportation availability for simple orders.
• Follow standard procedures for order status, invoices, contracts, and information sharing with customer-facing teams.
• Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, or customer support issues under supervision and escalate complex cases.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education

High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent

Two years of related work experience
