Job summary

Lancesoft in Wichita, KS is seeking a Customer Service Support 1 to assist in order intake, confirmation, processing and fulfillment. The role will help streamline internal processes to promote a seamless customer experience and support order status updates and documentation.

Qualifications

High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent.
Two years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in identifying obstacles in the order management process and coordinate corrective actions.
Update internal stakeholders on order status and issues.
Support generation of order-related documents per established processes.
Help resolve simple clerical or administrative issues following defined procedures for order confirmation, processing and fulfillment.
Assist with confirming credit, contracts, pricing, stock allocation and transportation availability for orders.
Follow standard procedures for order status, invoices and contract balances and share information with customer service teams.
Handle moderately complex clerical or customer support issues under supervision, escalating more complex cases.
Perform other duties as assigned.
