Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in San Diego, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (Call Center) to support our customer service team and ensure accurate order handling. This full-time, Mon-Fri role offers a temp-to-hire path and a pay rate of $19-$23 per hour.

You will maintain daily order reports, assist customers with address updates and account changes, and help with invoices. Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Windows-based systems; strong Excel skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily order reports to keep workflow moving efficiently.
• Assist customers by updating address information and processing account changes, downgrades, and cancellations.
• Organize and file order documents for easy retrieval.
• Pull order copies and documents for Customer Service and Collections teams.
• Help prepare and process invoices.
• Support the order entry and order receipt teams during high-volume periods.
• Jump in on special projects and additional tasks as needed.
