Ultimate Staffing in Tampa, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Admin who is customer-focused and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as a primary contact for customers, process orders, and coordinate with sales and operations to ensure accurate, timely service.

This temp-to-hire role offers a $20–$21 per hour pay range, full benefits, and regular Monday–Friday hours with no nights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely follow-through from order entry through delivery
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and outstanding service
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information within company systems
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and other internal departments to support customer needs
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently, escalating issues when appropriate
• Assist with promotions, special projects, events, and administrative support activities
• Document customer interactions and maintain organized records
• Ensure a positive customer experience while meeting service and response time expectations
