Responsibilities

• Review customer PO to align with Emerson’s terms and conditions.
• Prepare order checklist and screening forms.
• Ensure orders are entered accurately and meet customer needs and factory capabilities.
• Provide timely acknowledgment of delivery and proactive order updates.
• Expedite orders to meet service-level goals and monitor backlog.
