Aviso, LLC is seeking an organized Order Management & Spare Parts Coordinator in Fremont, CA to oversee order processing, spare parts inventory, and fulfillment operations, serving as a link between sales, service, and engineering.

You will manage ERP/CRM-driven workflows, ensure accurate stock levels, coordinate with production and procurement, and provide timely updates to customers while supporting field service and internal audits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of direct experience in order management, spare parts coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems.

Aufgaben

• Process and manage end-to-end customer orders within ERP/CRM systems.
• Verify order accuracy, including pricing, quantities, specifications, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and production teams to drive order fulfillment.
• Proactively monitor order statuses and communicate updates to customers.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or shipping issues efficiently.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and catalog, coordinate reorders with procurement.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and prepare shipping documents.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and part availability.
