Rogers Machinery Company, Inc. is seeking a Service & Parts Administrator for Silicon Valley, onsite in Fremont, CA. You will coordinate field service activities, schedule repairs, and communicate with customers and technicians to resolve issues, while utilizing ERP and MS Office tools.

The role requires technical aptitude, reading mechanical manuals, and solid organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain schedules efficiently.

Qualifications

• Technically inclined and mechanically/electrically oriented.
• Reading and interpreting SDS, procedures, parts manuals, and invoices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present information clearly.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support and scheduling to Field Service team while communicating with Customers and Sales Staff.
• Schedule service repairs and preventive maintenance services and route technicians efficiently.
• Interfacing with customers, service technicians, warehouse, and shop personnel using MS Office and ERP system.
• Phone and email scheduling of service and repair for customer equipment.
• Conduct follow-up on repairs to ensure completeness of the job.
• Review manuals to understand service and parts requirements.
