Job summary

Legrand is seeking an Operations and Logistics Coordinator in Fremont, CA to support sales, accounting, and operations with order fulfillment and data entry. You will coordinate deliveries, resolve order issues, maintain SOPs, and assist with S&OP processes, while ensuring compliance and effective communication across teams.

The role requires 2+ years in coordination or operations, strong CRM/ERP knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in coordination, sales support, or operations roles.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and ERP software.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between sales, accounting, and operations to ensure seamless fulfillment of orders.
• Assist the sales team with sales order details, customer follow-ups, and CRM management.
• Work with sales to schedule deliveries that align with customer requirements/needs.
• Assist in resolving order issues.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures and documentation.
• Complete administration and reporting as needed to support fulfillment status and support S&OP processes.
• Manage freight forwarders as needed (include export compliance).
• Request quotes from freight forwarders as requested.
• Send shipping requests to the warehouse.
• Issue shipping labels and packing slips to the warehouse.
• Manage EU stocking to agreed-to levels.
• Follow required VAT/export compliance requirements.
• Support budget tracking and invoice processing.
