• Self-motivated with minimal oversight.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts stock for maintenance team.
• Coordinate with vendors to acquire spares.
• Search for parts and negotiate better deals.
• Set up and organize maintenance spares.
• Manage backorders.
• Process spare parts purchase requisitions.
• Handle receipts and repairs of components.
• Submit monthly spending reports.
• Use CMMS for inventory management, tracking, invoicing.
• Coordinate receiving orders with shipping/receiving.
• Support equipment engineering group.
