Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Service Order Specialist (Contractor) to support the service team with quotes and order execution, from Quote to shipment, ensuring accurate pricing and timely processing.

You will interface with customers and internal teams, manage CRM tooling, and work with supply chain and accounting to bill and fulfill orders. Hybrid work in Houston, TX with up to 10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in service/order management or similar environment.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
