Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist in a hybrid Houston, TX role. You will manage purchase orders, support service sales operations, and handle contract workflows across Service Sales, Contract Management, and Finance to ensure accurate order processing and invoicing.

The role requires experience in inside sales or sales operations, strong initiative, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems. Some travel may be required; no visa sponsorship is noted.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and on-time task execution.
• Experience in inside sales, sales operations, or sales process management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ironclad CLM experience and Airtable experience are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and support order execution activities.
• Coordinate with Service Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Contract Management to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and order data in CRM and CLM systems.
• Support quote generation, lead-time confirmations, and customer inquiries.
• Track order status and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with invoice tracking and resolution of administrative issues.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and sales operation metrics as required.
• Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs and business processes.
• Provide general administrative support to the Service Commercial team.
