Job summary

Sungrow USA Corporation in Houston is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist on a contract basis to support Sungrow's Service Commercial organization with order processing, invoicing, and customer inquiries.

The successful candidate will coordinate with Service Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Contract Management to ensure timely order fulfillment, maintain CRM/CLM data, and assist with invoice tracking and process improvements. This is a hybrid role based in Houston.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, sales operations, or sales process management.
• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint) proficiency required.
• Ironclad CLM experience is a plus.
• Airtable experience is a plus.
• CRM tool experience is a plus.
• Speaking Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and support order execution activities.
• Coordinate with Service Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Contract Management to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and order data in CRM and CLM systems.
• Support quote generation, lead-time confirmations, and customer inquiries.
• Track order status and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with invoice tracking and resolution of administrative issues.
• Prepare reports and sales operation metrics; develop SOPs to improve efficiency.
