Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is seeking a full-time on-site Warehouse Associate in a temperature-controlled facility. You will operate equipment, pick and pack orders, and help maintain inventory accuracy.

Shift begins at 5:00 AM with a 4-day work week; weekend and holiday availability is required. You’ll use RF scanners and a voice-directed picking system (VoCollect), with compensation of $20.16 per hour and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of safe equipment operation.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment and support loading/unloading.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders with accuracy.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to track inventory and orders.
• Support cycle counts and FEFO procedures.
