Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Selector) in Miami to move, pick, and ship orders in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment. You will operate forklifts with proper certification, use RF scanners, and maintain accuracy and safety in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Requires valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including freezer/cooler environments.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift).
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify orders and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
