Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) in Boston is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Selector) to join our on-site, temperature-controlled warehouse. You will move, pick, and ship products, operate material handling equipment, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

You will use handheld scanners and VOCollect headset, follow FEFO procedures, and maintain safety and inventory controls while contributing to a reliable supply chain for our customers.

Qualifications

• Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments.
• Valid forklift certification and 1+ years of safe equipment operation.
• Strong reading and math skills for labeling and counting.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
