Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) is hiring a Warehouse Associate for Salt Lake City, UT. You’ll move, manage, and deliver products in a fast-paced, multi-temperature warehouse, including loading trailers, picking orders, and supporting safety and accuracy.

This full-time on-site role offers a 7:00 AM–5:30 PM schedule (often 10–12 hours), Thursday through Sunday, with benefits after 30 days, a 401(k), and paid holidays. Forklift certification is preferred; voice-directed picking may be used.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse environments with safety-focused mindset.
• Ability to read labels, count product, and document orders.
• Comfort working in varying temperatures, including freezer/cooler.

Responsibilities

• Move, manage, and deliver products safely in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Load trailers, pick orders, and lead associates as needed.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required).
• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track orders.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow QA policies.
