Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) is seeking a Warehouse Selector – Pineville to join our on-site team in a fast-paced, multi-temperature warehouse. You will load, pick orders, and lead associates to ensure accurate pallets and timely deliveries in a 4-day work week with early start times.

We offer weekly pay, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and health, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days. Expect to work holidays and weekends and operate RF scanners, VoCollect headset, and forklifts

Qualifications

• Experience operating warehouses equipment and scanners.
• Forklift certification is a plus or required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comfort working in multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift).
• Inspect shipments and verify order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per company standards.
• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track orders and inventory.
• Follow sanitation and safety protocols.
