Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) is hiring for a full-time on-site Warehouse Associate in Texas. You will operate material handling equipment, pick and pack orders, inspect shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy in a multi-temperature environment.

You will use RF scanners and VoCollect headset, follow FEFO procedures, and participate in counts and safety programs. Competitive benefits apply after 30 days, with weekly pay and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation.
• Strong reading and math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.
• Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and FEFO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment in a multi-temperature warehouse.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with standards.
• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track orders and stock.
• Follow all safety policies and FEFO procedures for food products.
• Use voice-directed picking to select and pack customer orders.
• Conduct cycle counts and spot checks for inventory accuracy.
• Meet shift start times and maintain productivity in a 4-day work week.
