Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) is hiring for a full-time Selector/Packer to join our on-site, temperature-controlled warehouse. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certified), use RF/handheld scanners, and ensure accurate picking and packing for our food-service customers.

The role runs Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, with weekly pay and benefits after 30 days. Starting pay is $23.23 per hour, increasing to $25.34 after a 90-day probation, with full-time hours and a

Qualifications

• Must have one (1) year of experience in food distribution.
• Must have warehouse experience/using material handling equipment within the past six (6) months.
• Comfort working in varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler environments.
• Listing up to 75lbs continuously.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Must have experience meeting/exceeding a cases per hour (CPH) standard.
• Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products.
