Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser for Woodward, OK. You will start in a 5:00 AM route-driven shift Thursday through Monday, working on a combo route covering Woodward and Alva areas.

The role offers starting pay $17.82–$22.07 per hour, with incentives and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include creating product displays, POS advertising, maintaining shelf levels, tracking inventory, and placing orders to meet route demands.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
