Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC in Tyler is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are available on routes through central Tyler and surrounding areas. You will build displays, rotate stock, and maintain shelf integrity on a daily route schedule.

Starting pay ranges from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
