Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser for Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. This role supports our iconic beverage brands by building displays, managing shelf levels, and coordinating stock on assigned routes.

Expect early morning shifts, driving a personal vehicle, and collaboration with store teams to ensure products are available. Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour with opportunities for bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent planning and organization with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• POS advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs and place orders on routes.
• Daily communication and problem resolution with customers and teammates.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
