Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser in Roswell, NM to build and maintain product displays and ensure brands are readily available.

You will work Thursday through Monday starting early morning, using a personal vehicle, lifting up to 50+ pounds, and coordinating with customers and co-workers to keep shelves stocked. Starting pay ranges 18.62 to 23.40 per hour, plus incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent; No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
