Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in TX is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to build product displays, place POS advertising, and maintain shelf allocation on assigned routes. The role requires a valid driver's license and use of your own vehicle during business hours.

Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Work days and shifts begin early (3:00am) and total hours exceed 40 per week in a large store format.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds; kneel, bend, reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• POS advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels, and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing routes.
• Daily communication and follow-up with customers, coworkers and shoppers.

• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
