Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser in Abilene, TX. The role supports popular beverage brands by building displays, ensuring product availability, and executing merchandising standards on sales routes.

Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, with potential performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Work week is 40+ hours, typically Monday–Friday, start around 6:00 am.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver license and be able to use a personal vehicle.
• Able to repetitively lift 50+ pounds.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• POS advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and track trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing routes.
• Daily communication and follow-up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
