Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser for El Paso, TX. This role focuses on building displays, placing equipment, and ensuring products are stocked and rotated across routes.

You will drive your own vehicle on company routes and work early morning hours from Thursday through Monday. The job offers pay starting at market rates with potential incentives and bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing routes.
• Communicate with customers, coworkers and shoppers to resolve issues.

Work days/Shift Hours: Thursday - Monday 3:00 AM until route is complted

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
