Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser for Perryton, TX. You will build product displays, ensure proper shelf levels, and manage orders on existing routes. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.

The role offers a starting hourly pay of $19.68–$24.73, with potential performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits. Work days are Monday–Friday, with early morning hours and route completion timing.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
