Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser for a multi-city route in the Lewisville area. The role involves loading and displaying beverages, maintaining shelf integrity, and ensuring timely stock on commercial routes.

The position requires a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and ability to lift 50+ pounds. Early start times and a physical, on-the-road schedule are expected, with benefits included and opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Job Location: Route covers Carrolton, Lewisville, Plano, Frisco, Dallas, and Irving areas
Work days/Shift Hours – if applicable: 5 Days Per week, rotating / 3:00 AM until route complete

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
