Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to cover routes around Tyler, TX. The role involves building displays, managing shelf space, and ensuring product availability on a central Tyler route.

Candidate will use a personal vehicle, lift up to 50+ lbs, and coordinate with customers and coworkers. Starting pay ranges from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour, with additional bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Job Location: Route covers central Tyler and surroundin area
Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: Thursday - Monday / 5:00 AM until route complete

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
