Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our popular beverages are displayed and stocked across the Fredericksburg/Kerrville area. You will build displays, manage shelf levels, and coordinate with route staff to meet customer needs.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and reliable use of a personal vehicle; training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Physical ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds and reach overhead.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• POS advertising per merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on routes.
• Daily communication and follow-up with customers and co-workers.

Work Days/Shift Hours: Monday - Friday - Start time 7:00 AM - Route completion

Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising, Grocery Stocking Experience

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.11 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
