Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to service the Plano and Frisco area routes. Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience, with additional earning opportunities through incentives and bonuses.

You will build and maintain product displays, manage shelf allocation and inventory, and ensure proper stock levels on each route. The schedule is five days per week, rotating, with shifts starting at 3:00 AM until route completion; a

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance are required.
• Able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Physically able to lift 50+ pounds and perform repetitive movements.
• Strong planning and organization with attention to detail and follow-up.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; some merchandising/sales experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs and place orders on routes.
• Daily communication and problem resolution with customers, coworkers and shoppers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements

• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
