Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our iconic brands are always visible and stocked along call routes across Corsicana, Waxahachie, Desoto, TX and surrounding areas. This role starts at 3:00am, requires reliable personal transportation, and involves a 40+ hour weekly schedule, physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, and keen attention to detail.

You will build displays, place equipment, manage shelf allocation and product levels, run POS

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Work days/Shift Hours: 3:00am - untill completion / 40+ hr work week / Large Store.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
