Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser for McKinney, TX. You will cover a swing route to ensure beverages are displayed and stocked, with a 4:00 AM start once routes are loaded. This is a physically demanding, early-morning merchandising role in the Dallas area.

Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, with potential incentives and comprehensive benefits. 5 days on including weekends, driving a personal vehicle on work hours.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks.

• No specific work experience required; merchandising experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• POS advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and reduce trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing routes.
• Communicate with customers, coworkers and shoppers to resolve issues.

Work days/Shift Hours – if applicable: 5 days on including weekends / 4:00 AM until route complete

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
