Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Route Merchandiser to service Haslet, Saginaw, and North Fort Worth/Alliance areas on a five-day week with early morning hours. You will build displays, place products, and ensure shelves are stocked and rotated properly.

Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, with opportunities for incentives, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds.
• Excellent planning and organization with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow‑up with customers, coworkers and shoppers.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements

• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
