Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser for Frisco/Plano routes. This role covers a rotating 3:00 AM start with 5 days a week, requiring driving a personal vehicle and lifting 50+ pounds.

You will build displays, manage stock, and coordinate with stores and drivers to ensure beverage availability. Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for performance bonuses, referrals, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent planning and organization with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Place Point of Sale advertising per merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels, and rotation.
• Manage stock inventory and prevent breakage.
• Determine product needs and place orders on routes.
• Communicate with customers, coworkers, and shoppers daily.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
