Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking dependable Order Replenishment Merchandisers to ensure our iconic brands are always available to customers in Perryton, TX. This role supports early morning route work, with Monday–Friday schedules and hours that begin at 5:00 AM and continue until routes are completed.

Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience, with additional earning opportunities including performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
