DoorDash for Business is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to pilot and scale product features that improve order quality, labeling, and issue handling. You will shape the client-dasher-merchant experience across the journey, partnering cross-functionally to design tests and GTM plans, and turn insights into product improvements.

You will report into the Manager, Strategy & Operations and may work remotely or in a hybrid setting, depending on preference.

Competenze

• 3+ years in strategy and operations, commercial management, operations, or consulting.
• Direct cross-functional initiative leadership in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical thinker with ability to derive actionable recommendations from data.
• Intermediate SQL experience preferred.
• Customer-obsessed mindset across clients, merchants, dashers.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid learning.
