AFI | Kansas City, MO is seeking an Order Management Coordinator to support our production team by ensuring orders are accurate, organized, and moving efficiently through the build process. You will convert approved quotes into production orders, gather build specifications, track workflow statuses, maintain records, and provide backup support for reception and logistics as needed.

• Experience in order processing, sales support, or admin coordination preferred.
• Strong detail orientation and organization.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace.

• Able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

• Convert approved quotes into production orders and enter data accurately.
