Justrite Safety Group is seeking an Order Management & Production Coordinator to serve as the central point between Sales, Engineering, Operations, Production, Inventory/Purchasing, and Finance for engineered or custom orders. You will validate orders, translate requirements into sales and production work orders, and ensure proper scheduling and execution.

You will coordinate across engineering and production, manage documentation, and support daily prioritization and issue resolution to align

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in order management, customer order processing, production coordination, manufacturing operations, scheduling, or a related function.
• Experience in manufacturing environment, preferably engineered-to-order, configured, or custom products.
• Strong ability to read and interpret quotations, purchase orders, drawings, product specifications, and other technical or commercial documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Review orders, contracts, quotations, drawings and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify pricing, quantities, configurations, delivery requirements and other details.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Operations and customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Enter and maintain accurate sales orders in ERP and communicate acknowledgements.
