Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an organized Order Management / Sales Operations Coordinator to support the full lifecycle of customer orders from quote to delivery. You will work with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and customers to ensure accurate entry, aligned contracts, on-time deliveries, and proactive communication.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and proactive problem solving to improve the customer experience and identify upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in order management, sales operations, customer service, logistics coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong attention to detail, especially for pricing, contracts, POs, and order docs.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/order management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and customer teams.
• Experience coordinating shipments or delivery timelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review customer agreements to verify contract terms, pricing, and compliance.
• Enter and manage orders within ERP/CRM systems and internal databases.
• Send formal order acknowledgments confirming order details and pricing.
• Process amendments and modifications to active orders.
• Coordinate changes across departments and maintain accurate order records.
• Review PO/quotes and coordinate delivery schedules with internal teams.
• Monitor shipments and address issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers on orders, pricing, delivery dates, and tracking.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions.
