Job summary

Justrite Safety Group in Anderson, SC is seeking an Order Management and Production Coordinator to serve as the central point between Sales, Engineering, Operations, Production, Inventory, Purchasing, and Finance for engineered orders.

This role involves reviewing incoming purchase orders, contracts, and master service agreements; validating order requirements against quotations and supporting docs; translating complex customer requirements into accurate sales orders and production work orders;

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in order management, production coordination, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong ability to read quotations, orders and drawings and translate into actionable work orders.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Production and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Review orders, contracts, quotations and drawings for completeness and accuracy.
• Schedule and prioritize orders based on delivery dates, capacity and materials.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Production to ensure documents and work instructions are ready.
• Maintain ERP data: orders, scheduling, production, and receipts and provide order acknowledgements.
• Coordinate with Inventory/Purchasing on material availability and constraints.
