Job summary

ISI Design and Installation Solutions, INC. is seeking an Order Processor to manage customer orders in our ERP, verify details, and coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Branch Management, and Warehouse for timely fulfillment.

You will maintain accurate documentation, support production readiness, and contribute to streamlined order processing across multiple teams. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in a related role are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelors preferred.
• 1–2 years in order processing or data entry; experience in flooring/cabinet/construction helpful.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; knowledge of ERP systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders in ERP with accuracy.
• Verify order details against documentation before entry.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Branch Management, and Warehouse.
• Communicate with Production, Design, and Warehouse to resolve issues.
• Maintain organized electronic order files and SOPs.
• Support daily order processing activities and audit compliance.
• Assist in preparing order-related reports and documentation.
