Job summary

Isi-Design-and-Installation-Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Order Processor to manage and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.

You will enter orders in our ERP, verify details, and coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Branch Management, and Warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment. You will maintain precise documentation, support production readiness, and assist with model home orders, inventory, and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Accurate order entry and documentation, ensuring data integrity.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Branch Management and Warehouse to verify orders.
• Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs for order processing.
• Support model home orders and material planning as needed.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders in ERP with accuracy.
• Review order details against documentation prior to entry.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, and Branch Management to secure materials for production.
• Communicate with Production, Design, and Warehouse to resolve discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain organized electronic order files for audit compliance and easy retrieval.
• Assist in creating deficiency reports and short order items when required.
• Facilitate model home orders with Sales and verify completeness and accuracy.
• Apply intermediate math to calculate quantities for materials ordering and plan review.
