Sales Order Processor

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Order Processor to join their growing team. In this role, you'll support daily sales operations by ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer orders into the company's ERP or CRM system with a high degree of accuracy.
• Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment, billing, and delivery.
• Communicate with customers and sales representatives regarding order status, tracking information, and updates.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, backorders, and shipment issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
• Assist with reporting, administrative projects, and other sales support functions as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in order processing, sales support, customer service, or data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience using ERP or CRM systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
