Job summary

Interior Logic Group in Kent, WA is seeking an Order Processor to manage and process customer orders with accuracy in our ERP system. You will coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Branch Management and Warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment and production readiness.

The role requires 1–2 years of order processing or data entry experience, a high school diploma, and strong attention to detail; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in order processing, data entry, or a related role.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer orders in the ERP.
• Review and verify order details against documentation before entry.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, and Branch Management to ensure materials are available.
• Communicate with Production, Design, and Warehouse to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized electronic order files for audits and compliance.
• Support SOP development and daily order processing activities.
